Affiliates --

The Lampworks has entered into merchandising agreements with reputable vendors to enhance and expand our product line. Information may be forwarded to these affiliates for order fulfillment or to answer specific questions to which The Lampworks cannot adequately respond. Affiliates include, but may not be limited to, those listed on The Book Nook and Reproduction Lamp Burners pages.

The Lampworks web site contains links to other sites on the World Wide Web. Please be aware that The Lampworks is not responsible for the privacy practices of linked web sites. We encourage our users to be aware of, and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this web site.

Order Form --

We request information from the user on our On-Line Order Form. A user must provide contact information, such as name, email, and shipping address. This information is used solely for the purpose of filling a customer’s order. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. This information is submitted using an email utility program and is not stored.

Tell-A-Friend --

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. The Lampworks will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. The Lampworks does not store this information. It is used for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

Notice of Changes --

The Lampworks reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy at any time. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Use and posted on our Announcements page.
